¿Did you know...
In 2015, a team of Dutch scientists carried out a study to determine the impact that exposure to cold can have in relation to work absenteeism.
3,108 people between 18 and 65 years old with no experience on colld exposure participated in it. Participants had to finish their normal shower with 30 seconds of cold water for 30 consecutive days.
The conclusion of the study was that there was a 29% reduction in sick leave. Not only that, the participants saw their positive feelings and energy increase, facing the day with a good attitude. That is, not only did they get sick less but they felt more energized and happy.

Theory and practice. Our activities for companies have two different parts: in the first we speak and in the second we perform. We combine both parts to make it an enjoyable, enriching, participatory and fun activity.
